  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Verizon store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Listen to and understand customers' needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate products and services.
  3. Educate customers about Verizon's products, services, and promotions.
  4. Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and activating new accounts.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed.
  6. Keep up to date with new products, services, and promotions in order to effectively communicate them to customers.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services and utilizing effective sales techniques.
  9. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive store environment.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and security.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up to date with company policies, products, and services.
  13. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or concerns that may arise with customers.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the overall customer experience.
