  3. Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of Verizon products and services, including wireless devices, plans, and accessories.
  4. Educate customers on the benefits of Verizon's products and services, including features, pricing, and promotions.
  5. Assist customers in selecting the best products and services to meet their needs and budget.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and account activations.
  7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
  8. Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases to effectively promote and sell Verizon's products and services.
  11. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
  12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including compliance with safety and security measures.
  13. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
