Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner • Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers • Respond to customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable assistance • Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts • Assist customers in completing transactions and making purchases • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all mobile products and services • Track sales and restock inventory as necessary • Record customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement • Keep store shelves and displays organized and tidy • Participate in team meetings and trainings • Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures • Complete other tasks as assigned by management
