Job Description

As a Retail Assistant Manager at Verizon, you will play a vital role in leading a team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in our retail stores.   1. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of retail sales associates to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

  3. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
  5. Assist in the implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent brand representation.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in technology to provide customers with the most relevant and accurate information.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Verizon by maintaining a high level of professionalism and promoting a positive image of the company.
  11. Assist in the hiring and training of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  12. Monitor inventory levels and assist in the ordering and replenishment of products to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  13. Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development, and share knowledge and best practices with team members.
  15. Represent the company at community events and participate in community outreach initiatives to promote brand awareness and build relationships with customers.

Job Qualifications
