- Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve network performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of network engineers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain network architecture and documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal network operation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for network improvements and upgrades.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for network-related incidents.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including management, customers, and vendors.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Network Engineering, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Network Protocols, Architectures, And Technologies, Including But Not Limited To Tcp/Ip, Mpls, Bgp, And Sdn.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Large-Scale Networks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
