- Ensure all installations and maintenance adhere to safety and industry standards.

Knowledge Of Telecommunications Infrastructure: An Outside Plant Technician At Verizon Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Telecommunications Infrastructure, Including Copper And Fiber Optic Cabling, And How To Install, Maintain, And Troubleshoot These Systems.
Technical Skills: This Role Requires A Solid Foundation In Technical Skills Such As Cable Splicing, Fiber Optic Fusion Splicing, And Testing Equipment Usage. These Skills Are Essential For The Proper Installation And Maintenance Of Outside Plant Equipment.
