  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key national accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within assigned accounts.
  4. Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability from national accounts.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions to national accounts.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with national accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for national accounts.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Verizon, promoting our products and services to national accounts.
  9. Prepare and present reports on account performance and sales metrics to upper management.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve national account management strategies.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions with national accounts.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service and support to national accounts, resolving any issues that may arise.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for national accounts.
  14. Travel to meet with national accounts and attend industry events as needed.
  15. Mentor and train junior account managers to ensure consistent and effective account management practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
