- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their evolving needs and showcase Verizon's products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing prompt and efficient resolution to any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the market and provide valuable insights to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all account interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of Verizon's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of The Wireless And Technology Market And Industry Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Large National Accounts.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
