Job Description

Verizon is looking for a Mobile Data Analyst to join our team and help us drive customer engagement and optimize the mobile experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in a data-driven environment. They will be a self-starter with an open-minded approach to problem-solving and a passion for mobile technology. If you’re an analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and a knack for interpreting data, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field• Proven experience in data analysis• Knowledge of mobile technology• Proficiency in SQL and/or other database query languages• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement data analysis strategies to improve customer engagement and optimize the mobile experience.
  2. Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
  3. Develop and maintain databases, data processing systems and reports.
  4. Utilize SQL and other database query languages for data analysis.
  5. Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate reports.
  6. Present data in easily digestible formats, such as graphs and charts.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile technology and trends.
  9. Proactively identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions.
  10. Monitor the accuracy of data and ensure data integrity.
