Job Description

Verizon is seeking a Mobile Data Analyst to join our team and help us deliver on our mission of providing the best in customer experience. As a Mobile Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer trends and developing strategies to meet customer needs. You will play a critical role in helping us to understand our customers better and to drive growth in our business. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, with strong problem solving skills, and a deep understanding of the mobile market. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile data analysis and customer-facing roles. The successful applicant will have experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel, and be comfortable working with large data sets. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer trends and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
  2. Utilize data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel to process and interpret large data sets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate customer insights.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and recommend solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop strategies to identify new customer opportunities.
  6. Generate reports and present insights to key stakeholders.
  7. Stay up to date with current mobile market trends.
  8. Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions for optimization.
