Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Marketing And Customer Experience Technology, Preferably In A Large Corporation.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Various Marketing And Cx Technology Platforms, Such As Crm, Marketing Automation, And Analytics Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Journey Mapping, Data Analysis, And Customer Segmentation Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams, Including Marketing, Sales, And It.
