Manager - Supply Chain Demand Analyst

In addition, they should have at least 7 years of experience in a supply chain/demand analysis role, with a strong understanding of supply chain management, demand analysis, and related business processes. The ideal candidate should also have experience with forecasting and inventory management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Create supply chain strategies and develop innovative business processes to maximize efficiency.
2. Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve performance.
3. Develop and execute demand analysis initiatives to accurately forecast customer demand.
4. Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory replenishment processes.
5. Monitor customer experience data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
7. Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure performance.
8. Provide reports and presentations to senior managers.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
10. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure supply chain objectives are met.
