Manager, Employee Communications

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute engaging, informative, and timely employee communication strategies.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers.
3. Evaluate existing communication strategies and develop new strategies to ensure effective and efficient communications to employees.
4. Utilize project management skills to organize and manage employee communications projects.
5. Write and edit employee communications content, including emails, newsletters, and other materials.
6. Track and analyze employee engagement and communications metrics to identify opportunities to improve.
7. Provide input to senior management on communication plans and strategies.
8. Stay abreast of the latest trends in employee engagement and communications and provide recommendations for implementation.
9. Assist in developing and executing training programs for employees on communication best practices and strategies.
10. Manage communications budget and resources.
