
Learning and Development Analyst
Verizon is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Learning and Development Analyst to join our team. This role requires an individual with strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and adapt to changing business needs. As a Learning and Development Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to deliver learning and development solutions to our internal team members, as well as our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, and use your creativity to design effective training materials. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully delivering learning and development initiatives. If you’re passionate about helping others learn and develop, then this could be the perfect role for you. To be successful in this position, you must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Education, Business, Human Resources, or Psychology) and at least two years of experience in a learning and development role. You must also have excellent facilitation skills, strong project management abilities, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning and development solutions for internal team members and customers.
- Analyze the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
- Develop and implement project plans for the delivery of learning and development initiatives.
- Create and deliver engaging training materials that are tailored to meet the needs of the audience.
- Utilize adult learning principles to ensure that learning and development initiatives are effective.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide feedback to learners.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of learners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address learning and development needs.
- Maintain records of training materials and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
