Learning and Development Analyst

5. Utilize adult learning principles to ensure that learning and development initiatives are effective.
6. Facilitate training sessions and provide feedback to learners.
7. Monitor and evaluate the progress of learners.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address learning and development needs.
9. Maintain records of training materials and evaluate their effectiveness.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
