  1. Drive Sales: The Lead-Inside Sales will be responsible for actively selling Verizon products and services to new and existing customers. This individual will be expected to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Lead and Motivate Team: The Lead-Inside Sales will be responsible for overseeing a team of inside sales representatives and providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure team success. This includes setting goals, monitoring performance, and conducting regular team meetings.
  3. Develop Sales Strategies: The Lead-Inside Sales will work with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. This includes identifying new sales opportunities and developing plans to capitalize on them.
  4. Build and Maintain Relationships: This role requires building and maintaining relationships with customers, both new and existing. The Lead-Inside Sales will need to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: The Lead-Inside Sales will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competition in order to effectively position Verizon's products and services in the market and stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Train and Develop Team: The Lead-Inside Sales will be responsible for training and developing the inside sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in their roles.
  7. Collaborate with Other Departments: The Lead-Inside Sales will work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  8. Monitor and Report on Sales Metrics: The Lead-Inside Sales will be responsible for tracking and reporting on sales metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer retention, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
