Job Description

Verizon is looking for a passionate Lead Experience Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the customer experience strategy and leading our team of experience managers. You will have a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and trends, and be able to use this knowledge to create strategies that will improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You should have strong analytical abilities and be able to interpret customer data to identify areas for improvement. A background in customer service, marketing, or business intelligence is also preferred.We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating compelling customer experiences. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a customer experience strategy to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Monitor customer data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  3. Lead a team of experience managers to ensure customer needs are met.
  4. Create and maintain customer service standards and ensure they are upheld.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve customer service.
  6. Train and coach team members on customer service best practices.
  7. Develop and implement processes to ensure customer issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
  8. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
  9. Create reports on customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to customer experience.
