Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of business intelligence analysts to effectively gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to identify business opportunities and drive data-driven decision making.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and implement processes and strategies to improve data quality and integrity.
• Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of business intelligence.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead the development and implementation of new BI tools and technologies to enhance the company's data analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data governance and security standards are met.
• Develop and maintain documentation of business intelligence processes and procedures.
• Act as a subject matter expert for business intelligence tools and technologies, providing training and support to team members and other stakeholders.
• Continuously seek out and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of data analysis and reporting.
