Financial Planning and Analysis

Verizon is looking for a highly motivated and organized Financial Planning and Analysis professional with a unique combination of strategic thinking and technical financial acumen to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience, preferably in a large, complex corporate environment. In addition, you must possess a strong proficiency in financial modeling and financial systems as well as a thorough understanding of GAAP accounting standards. You must have a proven track record of success in developing financial plans, analyzing financial performance, and creating financial reports and presentations. You must be a self-starter and have the desire to excel in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable taking initiative and working independently, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams. You also must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

3. Monitor and analyze financial performance of the organization.
4. Identify areas of improvement in financial processes and recommend solutions.

6. Create accurate and timely financial reports.
7. Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
8. Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and develop insights.
10. Provide clear and concise explanations of complex financial concepts.
