  1. Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication systems for Verizon customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with communication systems and provide effective solutions.
  3. Conduct field visits to customer locations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from customers regarding their communication systems.
  5. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
  6. Keep detailed records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  8. Continuously update knowledge and skills in emerging technologies and industry updates.
  9. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing Verizon to customers.
  10. Travel to various locations as needed to complete assigned tasks.
  11. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and superiors to ensure project deadlines are met.
  12. Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and parts needed for installations and repairs.
  13. Conduct quality checks and tests to ensure proper functioning of all communication systems.
  14. Adhere to company standards and guidelines for quality of work and customer satisfaction.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
  16. Adhere to strict timelines and schedules for completing installations and repairs.
  17. Provide training and support to customers on how to use their communication systems.
  18. Follow all company protocols for data security and confidentiality.
  19. Act as a brand ambassador for Verizon by maintaining a professional and knowledgeable image.
  20. Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide quick and effective solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • A Degree In A Related Field Such As Telecommunications, Information Technology, Or Electrical Engineering.

  • Prior Experience In Field Technician Roles, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Abilities.
