  1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customers' devices and services to ensure a seamless experience.
  3. Install and maintain equipment and infrastructure to support reliable connectivity for customers.
  4. Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure the highest level of service for customers.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and product offerings to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and communicate updates and resolutions to customers and management.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in the field.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  10. Represent Verizon in a professional and positive manner at all times.

  • Technical Skills: A Field Technician At Verizon Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Knowledge Of Various Devices And Operating Systems, Troubleshooting Techniques, And Network Connectivity.
