Job Description

Verizon is looking for an innovative and highly motivated Executive Director, Employee Experience Product Leader to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving the employee experience product strategy and roadmap. You will lead a team to create a product-centric employee experience that is simple, engaging, and connects employees to the greater business objectives.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, product management and/or product design is also required. You must have a proven track record of leading transformational change in a global organization, as well as a clear understanding of the employee experience design process, customer journey mapping, and user-centered design. You must have a deep understanding of employee experience trends and technologies, and the ability to connect these trends to the business objectives. Finally, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build consensus with various stakeholders.
