- Lead and manage a team of Solutions Architects to achieve strategic goals and drive innovation within the organization.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Verizon's technology portfolio and keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the Solutions Architects team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Solutions Architects team, encouraging exploration of new technologies and approaches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Oversee the design and development of complex technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to foster their growth and development.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to promote Verizon's technology solutions and contribute to business development efforts.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Technical Leadership Role, With A Focus On Solution Architecture And Design.
Strong Understanding Of Telecommunication Industry Trends And Technologies, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Innovative Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders.
Proven Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Solutions Architects, Including Hiring, Training, And Mentoring.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Experience. Additional Certifications In Solution Architecture Or Cloud Computing Are Highly Desirable.
