- Lead and manage a team of solution architects, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and growth within the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and enhance our solutions.
- Design innovative and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients while also considering scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of technical documentation, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for solution architecture, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams within the company.
- Forecast and manage resource allocation for the solution architecture team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of our solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the solution architecture team.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote our solutions and build relationships with potential clients.
- Stay compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to solution architecture and ensure the team's compliance as well.
