Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver analytics-based solutions to improve customer experience.
  2. Produce meaningful insights from data to support business objectives.
  3. Utilize data science and engineering to create innovative solutions.
  4. Collaborate with Verizon product and service teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  6. Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends.
  7. Monitor performance and recommend improvements for data-driven solutions.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data science and engineering tools and techniques.
  9. Create reports and presentations to communicate complex data insights.
  10. Design and implement data-driven experiments to validate hypotheses.
