  1. Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  3. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance and ethical standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  5. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations pertaining to corporate governance and communicate any necessary updates to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate governance matters and provide guidance and advice to senior leadership.
  7. Investigate and address any potential violations of corporate policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and regulatory agencies.
  9. Prepare and present reports on corporate governance initiatives and compliance efforts to senior leadership.
  10. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance corporate governance practices.
  11. Ensure transparency and accountability in all corporate governance processes.
  12. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to corporate governance matters.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Foster a culture of ethical and responsible decision-making across the organization.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate governance programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Governance, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Law Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of Corporate Laws And Regulations, Including Sec And Nyse Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Ability To Provide Sound Legal Advice And Guidance To Senior Management And Board Of Directors On Corporate Governance Matters.
