- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and behaviors and use this information to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and manage a team of strategy professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on key business objectives and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and threats and make recommendations for action.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for key strategic initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations and business cases to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of strategic initiatives, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 8 Years Of Experience In Consumer Strategy, Marketing, Or Product Management Within The Telecommunications Industry.
Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Results And Driving Innovation.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Decisions.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Ideas To Senior Leadership.
