Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer insights strategy that provides an in-depth understanding of Verizon’s customers.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights and develop actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with other teams across the organization to ensure that customer insights are being effectively utilized.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and usage levels to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop customer segmentation models to better understand customer needs.
- Utilize online surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather consumer insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with consumer insights strategies.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on customer insights activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
