Job Description

As a Consumer Insights Manager at Verizon, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a team that drives the success of the company’s consumer insights strategy. We need an experienced and creative manager to help us gain a comprehensive understanding of our customers. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to evaluate complex data, and have a passion for understanding customer needs. You should also be a self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills, as you'll be working with a variety of people across the organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer insights strategy that provides an in-depth understanding of Verizon’s customers.
  2. Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights and develop actionable recommendations.
  3. Work closely with other teams across the organization to ensure that customer insights are being effectively utilized.
  4. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction and usage levels to identify areas of improvement.
  6. Develop customer segmentation models to better understand customer needs.
  7. Utilize online surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather consumer insights.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with consumer insights strategies.
  9. Create and maintain detailed reports on customer insights activities.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
