
Consumer Insights Manager
Verizon is seeking an experienced Consumer Insights Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is a great opportunity for a talented individual with deep technical and analytical expertise to utilize their skills to deliver critical consumer insights to the business.The successful candidate will have a passion for data analysis and storytelling, as well as a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior and trends. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of the Verizon products and services.In this role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to help shape and inform strategic and tactical decisions across the organization, as well as drive new initiatives that will help build a better customer experience.Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in a consumer insights, market research, or similar role• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field• Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of consumer behavior• Proven experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, SPSS, Excel)• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build strong relationships• Ability to think strategically and present complex information in a clear and concise manner• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environmentIf you’re ready to take on an exciting and challenging role where you can make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
