Job Description

At Verizon, we are looking for a motivated and creative Consumer Insights Manager to join our growing team. This role will involve working with a range of stakeholders, from marketing and product teams to senior management, to identify and develop new opportunities for our consumer products. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, trends, and analytics, and will be able to drive strategic initiatives based on these insights.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, as well as at least 4 years of experience in consumer insights, marketing analytics, or a related field. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, be well-versed in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to dive into our consumer data and provide actionable insights that will help shape our product and marketing strategies. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement consumer insights strategies to improve product and marketing initiatives • Analyze consumer behavior and trends to identify new opportunities and potential risks • Collect and analyze consumer data to gain a better understanding of customer needs and preferences • Develop and monitor surveys to gather insights about customer satisfaction • Manage and analyze customer feedback to inform product and marketing decisions • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer insights are properly incorporated into product and marketing strategies • Prepare presentations and reports to share insights with internal teams and senior management • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities to improve customer experience
