Job Description

Verizon is seeking an experienced and innovative Consumer Insights Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging consumer insights to shape business strategy and drive growth. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about understanding consumer behavior and uncovering insights that can help us to better serve our customers.To succeed in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of market research, analytics, and consumer insights and be able to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. You should be comfortable manipulating large datasets and have experience with using data to develop strategies and tactics. Additionally, you must be able to work collaboratively and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage consumer insights to shape business strategy and drive growth
  • Utilize market research, analytics, and consumer insights to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Manipulate large datasets to develop strategies and tactics
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to develop solutions
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends
  • Develop customer segmentation models to better understand customer behavior
  • Utilize data to create customer journey maps and develop customer engagement strategies
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate insights to key stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
