Job Description

  8. Document processes and procedures: This role will require documenting processes and procedures for troubleshooting and maintaining the network infrastructure to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols: The Communication Technician will be responsible for following all safety protocols and procedures when working with network equipment.
  10. Continuously improve processes: This individual will be expected to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our communication systems.
