  1. Lead and manage a team of analysts and data experts to drive strategic insights and recommendations for the business.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy to support the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  4. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the business.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  6. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on business intelligence tools and platforms, providing guidance and training to the team and other departments as needed.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality data and insights.
  9. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data governance and quality control processes.
  10. Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the business intelligence team.
  13. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize key business questions and provide data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making.
  14. Stay compliant with all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security measures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence Or Data Analytics.

  • Expertise In Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Experience Working With Large Datasets And Knowledge Of Data Warehousing Concepts.
