  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy to support the growth and success of the organization.
  2. Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop solutions that address their data and analytics requirements.
  4. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost savings within the organization.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in the field of business intelligence to continually improve and enhance our data analysis processes.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on business intelligence, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of data.
  8. Communicate and present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  9. Drive the development and implementation of data-driven business strategies and initiatives to support organizational objectives.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  12. Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business intelligence initiatives and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence Or Related Field, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics Techniques And Tools, Such As Sql, Tableau, And Python.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Bi Analysts And Developers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Computer Science, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Relevant Certification, Such As Certified Business Intelligence Professional (Cbip), Is Preferred.
