Business Intelligence Manager

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of data analysis and management experience, a passion for data-driven decision making, and a knack for inspiring colleagues to take action on insights. They must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and an innate interest in business strategy and data trends. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related field. Additionally, a deep understanding of analytics tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI and/or SAP BusinessObjects is required. Responsibilities: • Develop data analytics strategies and objectives to support business decision making • Design, implement, and maintain data models, data visualization solutions, and interactive dashboards • Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets from multiple sources • Lead the development and maintenance of key performance indicators and reports • Manage the end-to-end process of data analysis projects from data collection and analysis to implementation • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and provide data-driven insights • Train and mentor team members on the proper use of data analysis tools and techniques • Implement best practices and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure that the team is using the latest technology and techniques
