To be successful in this position, you should have a thorough understanding of the principles behind HVAC systems and the ability to diagnose and solve HVAC-related problems. Additionally, you should have excellent customer service and communication skills, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude, and a strong attention to detail.
