- Oversee and manage the security operations of the company to ensure the safety and protection of assets and customers.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on emerging security threats and proactively develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Lead a team of security professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of security operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security vulnerabilities and develop solutions to address them.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential weaknesses and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance security measures and share best practices.
- Monitor and analyze security data and provide regular reports to senior management on the status of security operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws related to security operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures to enhance the overall security posture of the company.
Extensive Experience: A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Security Operations, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role, Demonstrating A Strong Understanding Of Security Best Practices And Industry Trends.
Strong Technical Skills: Proven Ability To Design, Implement And Manage Complex Security Systems And Procedures Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection And Prevention Systems, Data Encryption, And Identity And Access Management Solutions.
Leadership And Management Skills: Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Security Professionals, With A Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Security Strategies And Initiatives.
Communication And Collaboration: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including It, Legal, Compliance, And Business Units, To Drive Security Initiatives And Projects.
Industry Knowledge: In-Depth Knowledge Of The Telecommunications Industry, Including Current And Emerging Security Threats And Regulatory Requirements, As Well As Industry-Specific Security Frameworks And Standards (E.g. Nist, Iso, Pci-Dss).
