- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement project management processes and strategies to increase efficiency and optimize project outcomes.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project goals, objectives, and timelines, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the project management and operations team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to drive efficiency and excellence within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and operations, and implement relevant changes to enhance project delivery.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment for all team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Operations, Preferably In A Telecommunications Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Teams, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficient In Project Management Tools And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Process Optimization.
