  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of Verizon's mobile products and services.
  2. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance overall mobile performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of performance management strategies.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mobile technology to continuously improve and innovate Verizon's offerings.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of mobile performance management professionals to drive results and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive successful execution of performance management initiatives.
  7. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of mobile performance management strategies.
  9. Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may impact the performance of mobile products and services.
  10. Develop and manage budgets for mobile performance management initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with customer experience teams to ensure that mobile products and services meet and exceed customer expectations.
  12. Continuously analyze and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for Verizon to differentiate itself through mobile performance.
  13. Represent Verizon at industry conferences and events to showcase our mobile performance management strategies and successes.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile products and services.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the mobile performance management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Mobile Performance Management, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mobile Network Technologies, Including 4G/Lte, 5G, And Wi-Fi.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Mobile Network Performance.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
