  1. Develop and implement IVR and Conversational AI strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of specialists to design, implement, and maintain effective IVR and Conversational AI solutions.
  3. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of IVR and Conversational AI systems and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IVR and Conversational AI with other customer service channels.
  5. Analyze customer needs and behaviors to identify opportunities for enhancing the IVR and Conversational AI experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IVR and Conversational AI technology to inform strategic decision-making.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for IVR and Conversational AI projects and initiatives.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to IVR and Conversational AI systems.
  9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all IVR and Conversational AI initiatives.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IVR and Conversational AI team.
  11. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and drive success in IVR and Conversational AI initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ivr And Conversational Ai Development, Preferably In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Ivr And Conversational Ai Technologies, Including Natural Language Processing, Speech Recognition, And Machine Learning.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Ivr And Conversational Ai Solutions, Including Design, Development, Testing, And Deployment.
