  1. Support the Store Manager in driving sales by developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting performance goals and providing coaching and feedback to help them achieve success.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and customer-focused environment, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for all customers.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry and product knowledge, and effectively communicate this information to the sales team.
  6. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting regular inventory counts.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  9. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, and use this data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, security, and inventory management.
  11. Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  12. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new sales team members.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean store environment, following all health and safety regulations.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Verizon, representing the company's values and mission to customers and the sales team.
  15. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to achieve overall business goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Retail Sales Associates.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Customers And Team Members.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.

  • Knowledge Of Verizon Products And Services, As Well As Industry Trends And Competition.
