  1. Assisting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the retail store.
  2. Supervising and training retail staff to provide excellent customer service.
  3. Ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  4. Assisting in setting sales targets and motivating team members to achieve them.
  5. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and providing feedback to the store manager.
  6. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborating with the store manager to create and implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase sales.
  8. Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring appropriate stock levels at all times.
  9. Assisting in visual merchandising and ensuring the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
  10. Conducting regular meetings with team members to provide updates, set goals, and address any concerns.
  11. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to make informed business decisions.
  12. Adhering to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
  13. Assisting in the recruitment and hiring process for new team members.
  14. Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and store expenses.
  15. Acting as a role model for the team by displaying a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For An Assistant Manager Role At Verizon Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Management Position, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
