- Assist and support the store manager in daily operations of the retail store.
- Create and maintain an exceptional customer experience by providing top-notch customer service and resolving any customer concerns.
- Drive sales by actively promoting Verizon products and services and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure a motivated and knowledgeable staff.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies for increasing store performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and products offered by Verizon in order to effectively educate customers and sell products.
- Continuously monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take necessary action.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, diversity, and respect among team members.
- Represent the Verizon brand and uphold its values and standards in all interactions with customers and team members.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Retail Management Experience.
