  1. Review and analyze data sets to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of our AI systems.
  2. Identify and address potential biases within the AI systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and enhance the AI systems.
  4. Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies related to AI.
  5. Use machine learning algorithms to assess and enhance the performance of AI systems.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
  8. Develop and implement processes and protocols for evaluating and monitoring AI systems.
  9. Stay up-to-date with ethical and legal regulations related to AI and ensure compliance.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems and provide regular reports to management.
  11. Collaborate with developers and data scientists to improve the AI systems and streamline processes.
  12. Train and educate team members on AI processes, protocols, and best practices.
  13. Maintain documentation and records of all AI reviews and updates.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on all things related to AI within the company.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and growth within the AI team.

Job Qualifications
