  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth within the Retail SMB division.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail SMB customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail SMB market.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
