- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.

- Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing support when needed.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Kpis.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Specifically In Retail Or Small And Medium-Sized Business (Smb) Markets.
Knowledge Of The Telecommunications Industry And Understanding Of Retail And Smb Customer Needs And Preferences.
