  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with small to medium-sized retail businesses.
  2. Understand the needs of retail clients and provide tailored solutions to drive their success.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently prospecting and closing new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  5. Continuously educate oneself on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to clients.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  7. Proactively identify and address any client concerns or issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  8. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to clients.
  9. Attend networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows to expand network and generate leads.
  10. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  11. Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing support when needed.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Kpis.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Specifically In Retail Or Small And Medium-Sized Business (Smb) Markets.

  • Knowledge Of The Telecommunications Industry And Understanding Of Retail And Smb Customer Needs And Preferences.
