Verizon is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager for our Retail SMB Business Sales division. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our small and medium-sized retail business clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth. We are looking for someone with a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets for small and medium-sized retail business clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and prospecting.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests, and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the unique needs of each client.
  6. Continuously monitor market trends and competition to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
  7. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and introduce new products or services.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  10. Participate in sales training, meetings, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
  11. Keep abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.
  12. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the Retail SMB Business Sales division.

Job Qualifications
