  10. Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using designated CRM tools.
  11. Stay informed of competitor offerings and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Qualifications
