As the Regulatory Affairs specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of all regulatory processes within our company. You must have the ability to understand complex regulations and develop effective solutions to ensure compliance.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in regulatory affairs and experience in the healthcare industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and additional experience in regulatory affairs is highly preferred. You must have a passion for learning, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement regulatory strategies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update relevant documents.
  3. Collect and analyze data to identify potential compliance issues.
  4. Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including labels and license applications.
  5. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations through communication, training, and auditing.
  7. Provide guidance and advice to internal teams on regulatory requirements.
  8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that regulatory requirements are met.
  9. Maintain records of regulatory activities and documents.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
