At Varian Medical Systems, we are looking for a motivated and qualified Quality Assurance Technician to work as part of our Quality Assurance team. We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail and experience in a Quality Assurance role to join our team.The successful candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality assurance and is committed to delivering excellence in all aspects of their work.The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for inspecting and testing products and ensuring they meet company standards. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that all products are of the highest quality. Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect and test products to ensure they meet company standards
  2. Identify and report any defects in products
  3. Follow established quality assurance procedures and protocols
  4. Maintain accurate records of all inspections and tests
  5. Make recommendations for improvements to existing quality assurance processes
  6. Monitor trends in quality assurance and suggest new methods for improving quality
  7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure all products meet customer expectations
  8. Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the manufacturing process
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  10. Perform regular audits to ensure quality assurance processes are effective and efficient
