Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical hardware support to customers and internal technical teams.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.
3. Identify and document potential system improvements and suggest solutions.
4. Maintain and update product knowledgebase.
5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
6. Monitor and prioritize customer requests and inquiries.
7. Assist with product testing and quality assurance activities.
8. Develop technical training materials and provide customer training.
9. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
